Cell Viability

Immune Cells with Low RBC - Nucleated immune cells after isolation in samples with some red blood cells stained with AO/PI. PBMC after Ficoll separation, Splenocyte without lysing RBC, lymphocyte, bone marrow, cord blood and lung lavage.

Immune Cells with High RBC - Nucleated cells in samples with large amount of red blood cells stained with AO/PI. Whole blood, cord blood and bone marrow.

Stem cells, primary cells - Stem cells, primary cells from dissociated tissues with debris stained with AO/PI. Learn more »
